Everything started off great. I was contacted and invited to interview and interviewed with both a senior ranking member and the current technical writer (on two separate occasions). I was told I'd be referred to move on for a third interview and that someone would be in touch. I waited a week and then reached out to the senior ranking member for a status update. Was told interviews were wrapping up and I was still very much under consideration. Waited two more weeks and contacted the tech writer who mentioned he wasn't involved in the hiring process and that I'd have to reach back out to the senior member, which I did another week later. At this point, I was ghosted and have heard nothing more. It's okay if you want/choose to hire another person. I have no issue with that whatsoever however it is rude and inconsiderate to ignore people after they have taken the time to meet with and interview for a position with your company. It doesn't bode well for your company and personally makes me glad I dodged a bullet. Others should be made aware as to how they treat candidates.
