Disorganized and fragmented interview process. I had a call scheduled with the hiring manager on a particular day at 330 EST. The recruiter asked if it could be pushed to 5 PM EST to make sure the hm would not be late to the call. So, it's 5 EST and I'm just waiting. I contact her after 10 minutes and she says she recorded the call for 5 PM PST Just completely disorganized. During our introductory call the recruiter said the hiring manger was looking for candidates with a thorough understanding of Nutanix, and that would be a focus area. When we finally have the call, the hiring manager devotes the majority of our conversation to a market sizing question on launching a ferry service in San Francisco wherein he proceeds to disagree with a price point I've decided on. Nothing was asked about my understanding of Nutanix-I don't know if the recruiter was misinformed or what. To compound matters, the recruiter never bothered to follow up after my call with hiring manager. I don't think Nutanix is an organization I will engage with again.
