One of the best Interview experience I ever had so far. The communication from recruiter is clear and they will assist with every step of the way and did not shy away from my questions regarding the process. There were total Three rounds of Interview : Interview 1] Interview one was with one of the Senior Systems reliability engineer. The interview lasted for 30 minutes. This interview will basically is to test your competence and if the details submitted in the resume are correct and you have the relevant experience or not. Interview was awesome and we discussed about 15 minutes regarding the job profile after the Interview was over. After the interview, received the feedback from Recruiter in an hour that it is positive and requested my availability for Round 2 of the Interview. Interview 2] It was with senior staff engineer with around 12-20 years of experiences. Interview was challenging and in details. Interview lasted for 45 minutes. The interview was not easy. I was preparing for this for last 4 months and made it through with amazing experience. After this interview, I received the feedback after a day that there will be managerial round and that's the final round. Managerial Round: It was with ‪Sr. Manager, Worldwide Support. The manager will test if you are team player. Your logical reasoning and how you can handle escalations. How you are planning to learn new technologies? After the decision was made, it took around 3-4 days and Nutanix released the offer letter. After accepting the offer letter, received the laptop in 2 days. Very satisfying interview process and excited to start the new journey or learning and growth with Nutanix. Wish you all the best!
