There were multiple steps: Situational questions in first part of interview process after application review. Second is a ‘home work’/assignment with clinical questions and assessment of ability to prioritize well.

It started with a screening call, then I had to submit answers to three clinical questions, written out, and then I had a clinical call. All the people I spoke with were very kind and helpful. Ample support with communication and very open to answering questions.
