Glad I at least didn't get dragged through the exercise and third interview before getting rejected like other people. The job is an insanely basic customer support role and I found it laughable after the phone screen that I would potentially have to be two to three more interviews plus an exercise. Not to diminish people who work in customer support but that's pretty ridiculous. Did a basic screener interview and then an interview with the head of the CX team, who seemed utterly checked out the entire time. Unsurprised I got a generic rejection email next day.

it was great! straightforward and easy process. i had a interview with HR and then was moved to the hiring manager - from there, the process of getting updates was pretty quick
