After my application I was invited for a pre-screening interview through a platform called interviewstream. I had to record my answers using the application link. The questions were pertaining to the job. I personally don't like such interviews as they feel like an audition for a role. I was expecting a face to face pre-screening as I was based in the same city as where the office is. No excuses though. My experience was alright. After the interview, I emailed the HR that I have completed the process. I was ghosted for almost 4 weeks before getting an email stating that I wasn't selected. No reason provided. There was no contact from the HR at all. It was just a mechanical process completely done through the system. I couldn't even see the updates on my application on Successfactors. I was left frustrated by the lack of communication. The process doesn't seem to be transparent at all.
