I was interviewed by 4 panelists from Jakarta and Asia offices. It was an online interview. I gave a thumbs down because the way the HR staff communicated. In my opinion, it was quite lack of civility and what irked me the most was because he mentioned it would be 30 minutes interview. Somehow the actual interview ran over, and since I took it during my break, I cannot prolong the duration and excuse myself politely to the panelists. The supervisor for the position I interviewed with was taken aback with my action, while the HR manager kept shooting me with questions despite the situation, which left me with no opportunity to ask. I do think this kind of attitude showed the organization's character.
