I sent in a prospective application via the cheers section on the website with a link to some work I had completed. I was called back after a week and invited to attend the interview. The interview was pretty relaxed mostly talking about my experience, what achievements in social media I had made. The interview was pretty standard for anyone applying for a social media role. I talked about how I used social media for myself.

Entered into a cosy small cosy office/room where i was greeted by a staff member and given an application to fill in and also offered a beverage but i kindly declined , after i filled in my application i was greeted by my interviewer who took me to another room what was odd was that the interviewer was casual like they are bored and do this all the time so much so that they themselves were unprofessional and had the audacity to have a drink whilst interviewing which shows that they would like to think they are superior and that the person being interviewed should be under pressure i mean a more experiences staff member to interview me would be great someone with knowledge of the filed i applied for not someones who just interviews of a sheet, also the questions were really dull i didn't even have the chance to discuss my cv or experience and knowledge , the staff are all young there is no experienced staff which is a downside as all working there are apprentices or students so mistakes are bound to happen, though i was hoping i got the job it was a shame
