Apply for a position. Answered some questions over online, some video recording involved. Online tests about basic English and math skills. On the site group interview / tour, took about 2 hours.

Brief 30 minute interview with 3 supervisors and an HR individual. Had several open ended questions trying to evaluate why type of fit I would be for a specific part of the plant. Ultimately ended up being offered the job.
