The process was so intense. They had everyone in a room fill out an introduction sheet then gave us a big speech about how this job can make you $10K a month (debatable). Then we all had to speedrun 2 minute interviews in front of the whole room while the General Manager sat at the front of the room. Then at the end, the recruiter excused people by name till I was the last person left in the room. The recruiter proceeded to tell me that I was not moving to the second interview round and asked if I wanted feedback, I replied yes, then he baited me and told me I secured the next interview. He admitted the next day that he did that to certain applicants as a test to see objection handling. Overall, chaotic experience.
