Entrevista
I submitted an online application with CV, cover letter and answers to 2 questions on motivation and sustainability. Next stage was a phone interview, and then aptitude tests. Next was an assessment centre which included group ice-breaking activities and then a group presentation, before a tour of the facilities and a face-to-face interview with typical behavioural questions.

Entrevista
Three stage interview process. First with the recruitment officer, next with head of CG HR and third with manager and head of plant HR. Interviews were very informative and allowed for more of a chat than the classic interview style.

Entrevista
Had 3 interviews in total , 2 online and 1 in person. The interviews were very informal overall and the staff were easy to speak to however they made the role sound very challenging and unappealing. as a result I withdrew my application.
