Panel interview. Then I went to lunch with my future colleagues. Interview process is quite smooth and very efficient. A lot of questions about my resume and my previous experience. No very difficult and unexpect questions. Several days later I received a call from my manager. no negotiation on the salary. Several months I was on board.
Three steps hiring process:
1) First Teams Interview with an HR, for position information and my background
2) Teams Interview with an European HR for better description of the role
3) Plant visit, and interview with plant HR and Factory Manager

In person interview with panel of 6 people. Two person groups for 1 hour a piece. Interview concluded with 1 hour lunch with hiring manager. O-I paid for travel and accommodation for the interview process.
