Strength Based interview , there are 10-15 questions . All strength based but they are fairly easy and should not pose a threat as long as you are prepared. Examples : Tell me about yourself , Do you prefer to start a task or finish it ? Mostly based on teamwork, but there are some elements of self-reliance that you have to hit.
