The interview process included over the phone interview, and then two in-person interviews. Interesting and thorough questions were asked regarding work experience, management style, along with response to hypothetical work scenarios. Also, I was required to complete a research/writing assessment within a short time frame.

I went through the phone screen. Move to the 1st round interview. After the 1st round, before the 2nd round, I was send a question to answer regarding HR. Then completed the 2nd interview process.
