Interview process was pretty direct and had multiple rounds of discussion with employees who would contribute to the hiring decision making process. Through the interview, they try to understand your career experience, personality and your interest in the field. Once you clear all rounds of discussion, the HR will get in touch with you regarding compensation and other formalities.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Odigma with all the rounds like technical, Managerial and HR. The process went well and i got the offer. People are very warm here and CEO is quite good
