Entrevista
I was sent a standard, impersonal "sign up for an interview time" e-mail. I scheduled a time & was not called when I was supposed to be. One hour later the interviewer called and said she got caught up in a meeting. We rescheduled for another day and she called (although late). Super friendly person and nice interview but the process was unprofessional.
2 phone number interviews pretty chill. The 3rd interview was intense and difficult. 4 people in the room for the interview. Very uptight and serious some of them. Very intimidating.
It's important for OEC to find the best fit for the company and who will be successful long term which is why we created a panel interview with hiring managers from different teams. We are happy to hear that you decided to join our team and we look forward to seeing you grow with OEC!

Entrevista
They thoroughly asked relevant questions regarding the day to day activities. They also asked your strength and weakness. They also focus on communication skills with co workers, upper management, and customers.
OEC tries to get a strong sense of our applicant's work history and skill set to see if they are a fit for the position and culture here at our organization. A lot of our positions require daily interaction with customers, vendors and team members which is why we focus on communication in the interview process!

Entrevista
First started with a video interview through sparkhire where you record your answers. Then, there was a personality assessment and quiz. Finally, it ended with an interview with the manager.
