During the interview process, I feel the HR here is extremely unprofessional—either the company is putting unbearable pressure on her, or she simply lacks the competence to manage something as basic as scheduling working hours. She often asks bizarre, irrelevant questions that make you wonder what is going through her mind.
The technical interviewers are hit-or-miss: some are decent, others clearly not up to standard. What really stands out is the toxic internal politics—you can feel the turf wars between departments. Departments appear to be in competition rather than collaboration, and the politics are hard to ignore.
And let’s not forget the overtime culture: people routinely stay late because there’s free dinner AFTER 7 pm, which conveniently ensures no one leaves before then. Unless you’re desperately in need of money, or have the physical stamina and psychological resilience of a marathon runner, you’re better off avoiding this place.

It's a totally waste of time, they are not really hiring, they intertview just for theire KPIs. No respects to candidates at all
I finished the technical itnerview and able to work out the live codinbg problems.
But never heard back from them even I asked twice, while I see the same role reposted again and again in Linkedin in the last 3 months after I interviewed
The interview process was smooth and efficient, taking about 3 weeks in total. It included 3 technical interviews, 1 interview with the hiring manager, and 1 culture fit interview. The recruiter was friendly and efficient, making the overall experience quite positive.
