First Round – Business Interview – Two interviewers conducted a structured conversation based on my resume. They were friendly and gave time at the end for Q&A. Second Round – In-Depth Product Interview – A more detailed discussion focusing on domain expertise, problem-solving, and product thinking. The interviewer was professional and thoughtful. Third Round – HRBP Interview – This round focused on motivation, industry understanding, long-term expectations, and logistical topics such as visa status. Final HR Discussion – Discussion about interview performance, offer details, and next steps.

Throughout the OKX interview process, I underwent a total of seven rounds of interviews, encompassing two rounds with the collaborative team and cross-interviews. Overall, my impression was that OKX maintains a rigorous and prudent approach to recruitment.
