Firstly, with regards to your initial application I must apologise, our internal recruitment tool identified you as being located in New York (possibly through a failed geoIP lookup), I took the time to look through your CV and introductory email and found nothing to disagree with this estimation (we often receive applications from all around the world). Therefore I took the time to write back and let you know that we didn't accept applications from outside of the EU (at the time).You later responded to this email clarifying out you were based in the UK, however by that point the vacancy had been filled. With regards to the accusation of discrimination, if you were to take a look at the company team page you'll note that our tech team is one of the most diverse I've come across. This is something I have actively worked very hard to foster, maintain, and hopefully will continue to grow in the future.
