I applied online, initially for an Entry Level EE role. I received a prompt response suggesting that I may be better suited for the Embedded Software role. In the first round, I spoke with a project manager and a software manager. This was a screening interview, where we chatted about the role, the company and my own experience. The second round was a group interview where I spoke with the software team. It was here that I was asked detailed questions about my technical background and my education and projects that I've worked on. Finally I had a conversation with the CEO , where we had a very frank discussion about the pros and cons of working at a company like Ologic. After this I received an offer, which I accepted

The interview process with OLogic was very organized and the coordinator responsive. I first met with the role's supervisor and then with a group that also included project managers and the CEO. They asked me questions about my HR and office administration experience and what I could bring to this role. They also helped me understand more about the company's goals and growth, so I found it to be helpful. Everyone with whom I interviewed was kind and polite so it was good experience.
