Did a 30min phone interview which was a positive experience. Then sat down for an in-person with three employees. I honestly didn't have much experience for the position so I wasn't very hopeful. The one downside is that it took them almost 4 1/2 weeks to get back to me that they chose another person.

easy phone interview followed by an in-person interview. I was told that I would hear a response whether accepted or rejected. Have not heard anything, I assume I was not chosen.
