A total disorganise interview disaster. First of all, the recruiter called me after 3 weeks that i have submitted the application. Secondly, she just called random on my busy morning expect that i will be available for an interview. Then she never called back when i said to reschedule another time.

Long and quantitative process with many technical questions. Quiet interviewer which makes the process harder in my opinion. No follow up email after 2nd round interview. Interview was an hour long.

Initial HR screen was pretty straightforward. Basic behavioral Qs about why OMERS, why you etc. the HR screen was followed by a chat with their investment team which dove deeper into your own investment style, what things to look out for et cetera.
