The process entailed the preparation of a pitch to be presented to both HR and a team member of the department I was to join. I received the case beforehand via email and had plenty of time to prepare it. Following the pitch, there were some technical questions about my approach, but all were very doable.

The process consisted of one interview with HR. questions about my general motivation and expectations where asked. The second interview consisted of a case study. For this interview I received the task 3 days in advance and had to prepare a ppt solving the case by answering the 3 main questions asked.
