This company came to our career fair, first round was on-campus round - Asked C++ basic questions and some database basic questions. I answered all the questions correctly, I was expecting a next interview round call which was supposed to be Skype. After almost a month I got an email from their HR to set-up a time to discuss about next steps, I replied immediately to them with available dates but till this date I never heard back from them. It's been almost 3 months. I called to the HR who contacted me, but no response. Very unprofessional and bizarre. If you are not interested in someone then why email them asking for the dates ?
A lot of questions on languages and data structures, and will probe your knowledge depth for sure. Overall an okay experience but be prepared to talk about topics in depth.
Phone Screen with recruiter, interview with team, and at least 1 interview with upper management. Past the recruiter, technical depth on a deeper level was asked (only few surface level probes).
