They call you to set up an appointment for a 1 on 1 interview. Once you have reached the location you have to sign your name at the front door. They will call the manager and he will take you to his office. You will walk by the people that you will possibly be working with. Once their, he will basically tell you about the position and speak to you about your past experience. The manager was a great interviewer and made me feel comfortable.
