The interview did not go well. The HR representative did not remember the interview date and time. During the interview, several irrelevant questions were asked, and no technical interview was conducted. As a result, the HR representative was not able to properly assess my experience due to a lack of technical and engineering-related background.
OMSI set up a phone screening with me first, after that I was invited to an in person interview. The in person interview was conducted by two supervisors and one other guest service representative

The interview process was straightforward and organized. It began with an initial phone interview, where I was asked about my background, skills, and experiences. Following the phone interview, I was invited for an in-person panel review. During this panel interview, each member represented a different department within the company. They asked specific questions related to their respective areas of expertise. The questions were thorough and covered various aspects of the role and how I would fit into the team. Overall, the interview was comprehensive, giving me a clear understanding of the company's expectations and work environment.
