Initial Interview is a phone interview, with the head of HR. After a 20-30 minute conversation, she determined that I had the necessary knowledge, skills, and ability to move on to the next round of interview. Email communications to coordinate a date/time to come in for a face-to-face with the SVP of Sales for an hour, and then met with Senior Director of Ops to get a tour of the facility and answer questions about the job and daily life at the company. I left after this and was made an offer to join the team a week later.
