Very unprofessional!
The recruiter called me on the phone without scheduling any call.
I said: "I have only 10 minutes available". He said: "ok, 10 minutes". In the end, he didn't care as he took 30 minutes for the interview.
Aggressive recruiter, reformulating the same questions multiple times with an investigatory tone. He made me feel uncomfortable, he acted like a policeman over the phone.
He said he would have reached out for feedback but he didn't.
Very unprofessional HR.
Phone screening, first round interview, second round interview, third round interview and a final fourth round interview. Very lengthy process. Took over 2 months total of my time and then did not extend me an offer. Was told multiple times that I was qualified for the position and then no offer. Next time, don't waste 2 months of someone's time and then tell them they are not qualified for a position that someone is over qualified for.

- 1st Round Prescreened Interview
- 2nd Round Virtual Interview with two Sales Development Team Leads
- 3rd Round Virtual Interview with two to three Sales Development Team Leads (Includes three identified prospects with drafted cold call emails that you must provide, cold call mock call as well)
-4th Round Virtual Interview with Sales VP and informal meetings with current Sales Development Representatives
I made it to the 3rd round. Overall, in all three meetings the company reps were late to the interview and one of the managers had camera issues that was not resolved in the meeting until the very end.
I received an automated rejection email and followed up with the five company contacts that I communicated with for more feedback.
I thanked them for the interview and asked for feedback on what I could improve upon/additional reasoning I was declined. They never did respond back after spending 2.5 hours total interviewing with them + outside preparation for their prospecting assignment.
Overall, they were unprofessional and this should be considered a representation of how they conduct business with potential employees.
