Entrevista
The first round was an interview with the HR team, and in the second, they sent me a test. I’m not sure how many rounds there are, as I was rejected after the second.

Entrevista
Had an easy first round with HR, got take home assignment for deploying application using Terraform, completed assignment utilizing 1 working day and Saturday Sunday(weekend)submitted it on time, after a week wait when I heard nothing from them I sent them an email, than HR replied that " hey Usman we cant access your repo(github). I resent the request and waited for 1 weeks. When I heard nothing I wrote emails for update but got nothing, and after 1 week got an automated response that we are not moving forward with you, so I wrote for detail feedback, they sent me an email that your code has issues. Point is if I have spent my precious time for task they should arrange a cal for evaluation of code as they had mentioned on job add. Be a human please look at your reviews and learn something

Entrevista
First had HR screening round which was straightforward , after that received assignment test based on frontend and backend which was quite simple. Got positive feedback on test after requested HR to review. Next round scheduled for technical paired programming interview with 2 members of their technical team, program was simple react code to accomplish small tasks. During test, solved all the problem statement given by their team. The same time interviewer seems like was not satisfied with solutions as the solutions looks different than he expected. In short, he was not getting the code solution even problem statement has been solved. Next day of interview, received auto generated email from the team that not moving forward with the application and there was no feedback attached to it. After spending 8 hours on test and a hour interview, they should send feedback saying what went wrong and what was expected, otherwise candidate might feel waste of time. Praising here to Recruiter for great communication and keeping updated (which looks better than how it was a year ago can be seen in the comments here).
