Four interviews, technical assessment. Fairly straightforward and the interviewers were personable. I enjoyed my conversations. I am concerned about the future of the company though. They initially paused hiring on the role and reopened it.

I applied for this position on November 6, 2025. The job description did not specify a salary, and since the requirements mentioned a senior role with 3+ years of experience and a PhD degree, I assumed they would be offering at least €55k+ per year.
I proceeded with the application and indicated a salary range of €55k–€65k. Even though I hold a PhD and have several years of experience, and I was aware that this range is relatively low for my qualifications and the seniority of the role, I provided my minimum acceptable salary because I was genuinely interested in the position.
Five days later, I received an invitation for an interview, and I scheduled a time with the Talent Acquisition specialist, Tina Geer. However, on the day of the interview, just five minutes before it was due to start, she cancelled it. I found this highly unprofessional, especially since the reason given was that my salary expectations were too high.
I followed up by email, explaining that I was flexible and open to negotiation, as I was genuinely interested in the role. About a week later, she proceeded to interview me.
Since then, despite sending two follow-up emails, I have not received any response, not even a rejection. Unfortunately, this experience gave me the impression of poor communication and a lack of professionalism in the process.

It was straightforward, with one initial screening call and second round of interview with the presentation. Lovely overall, without too much effort. But progression is slower than in the other agencies
