This process was honestly the most humane I've been treated as a candidate: I received timely updates throughout, got the questions and a rundown of the final interview without having to ask, and also was given an opportunity to give hiring process feedback at the end of the final interview. There was ample support given for me to do my best and be comfortable to shine as myself: I have a new minimum standard for how I want to be treated as a candidate.
