Perguntas de entrevista da empresa ORBIDI

Fue un proceso de entrevistas que duró 2 meses. Consistió en una primera entrevista regular con Recursos Humanos, seguidos con diferentes entrevistas con el equipo y una final con el CEO.

They ask you to make a business case. I take my time to make it properly. They don't answer me back after sending it. I send several follow-ups, but no answer. The answer comes after 2 months with the generic email "After carefully reviewing your cv, we decided that you are not a match". How can be "after carefully reviewing my cv"? Weren't we at the business case step? I think they just ask people randomly to make the business case, even before checking your profile. Once they have it, they'll check your profile and choose if it's worth to review the case or not. I spend precious time in making a proper buiness case, and this is such an unprofessional and disrespectful behaviour from the HR and the Hiring Team.
