Call then skype interview with HR and hiring manager. Talked about CV and experience. A second face to face interview with manager and a technical test with all sort of basic IT questions.
Finally a lunch with a CTO.
It was a pretty bad and unprofessional experience.
The HR department never responded to my emails.
Once I finally got an interview it was quite simple and the questions were not difficult.
