Interview process was amazing. It was rather structured, complete and interesting. As soon as you get to meet people in ORTEC, you immediately fall in love with the company and the role.

Not only you answer questions about yourself and your experience, but you are also asked to fill a sort of IQ and personality test. In the interview, both you and the recruiters go through the results.

One screening call. They make you do a (case study) before the second interview which I suspect is free labor. The interview was very easy and simply based on the case study. Thought I did well but got no offer.
