It was a panel interview with 4 interviewers. Overall, it went well. It was a competence-based interview, so I would recommend to prepare in advance with all sorts of potential questions.

A one-hour Competency Based Interview. It included some thematic questions too so I would advise to be prepared in this regard. Followed by a test. The test was to prepare a concept note for an event.
