Very easy interview. I met with a lady from HR who stated that I was a perfect candidate for the position. Even gave me a "4.9 out of 5". However, I received a rejection email at 3 AM. I followed up and asked what happened I was left hanging.

First off, this role is a Help Desk Technician with traveling support - nothing about it is inherently network administration related despite the literal name of the job title; they are merely using it as casting bait to get clicks and applicants. I actually wrote feedback to their recruitment team and suggested they change the position title as not to mislead applicants.
The interview process was neutral in terms of difficulty relative to the job competencies and duties, but my experience leaned negative after proding for more details. They do not reimburse mileage but only parking expenses, such as parking garages, meters, etc. Expect a 60-90 minutes commute to a client site 2-3 times per week, from home base (office). This opportunity is great for somebody with limited desktop/mobile support who wants to progress further into help desk. For others looking for a real "network" job, run the other way.

If I have experience with on-call/dispatch to remote client sites.
Spoke with a recruiter which was your average questions about your past jobs and why you want this job. I was then given a basic rejection email two days later. I asked for feedback on why I wasn't selected to move to the next steps but was ghosted.
