Easy, simple STAR-style interview. Recruiters want you to succeed and won't try and make you nervous. Questions mostly revolve around your past service experiences. The process is short and only involves a single round of interviews.

Huge interview where they want to get to know you more than your skill. It was a nice experience since it was a company based out of Norway. They asked you questions and make you do group activities during the interview.

Disorganized
Walked into interview was asked a couple basic questions and was hired. I believe they only hired me because I had experience with another major airline. They didn’t care what I said in response to the interview questions.
