Process took 5 months. First interview was scheduled in September 2023 and it got cancelled. I was approached again in November for the first round. 2nd round happened in December around 21 and then interviewer told me they are going on leaves and I should expect to hear in jan first or second week. Recruiter shared a positive feedback that I am a diversity candidate, immediate joiner so stay positive. I heard back on 7th Jan only to hear I come from a small company + I don't have experience in Financial Domain. Didn't they know these 2 factors at the beginning? Why they shortlisted my profile and kept dragging me for 5 months? I am glad I wasn't selected, because this experience shows the clarity and vision these people have. If they themself don't know what they want, they won't know what they want from their employees.
