Entrevista
The process starts with two calls: one with a team leader (details about the role, candidate's profile), and the other one with an HR manager (candidate's profile, carreer and salary expectations). Exchanges are friendly.
The candidate is then asked to perform a technical test at home over a week, followed by a debrief call with a tech lead where the candidate must present the proposed solution and answer some technical questions.

I never received any feedback or reply after the technical test debrief, despite many hours spent on the test and several follow-up emails sent.
This was my second and last application process at Owkin, the first process ended the same way, and other comments on this platform suggest it's a systematic behavior.
