Very disappointed with the recruitment process. It’s way too long process, for a small company like them and I was expecting something different here compared with a corporation. They have 4 interview and 1 test. From my experience they don’t have short lists after each interview..as I cannot explain why I have wasted 3 weeks from my personal time and stress myself for this process when for the last interview phase...(which gives you some hope, once you have reached this phase) they call you and tell you that the position is no longer available..they already saw someone and gave him the job..:| I thought that startup companies are more organized and have a better sense of reality, but with this waste of time, I was proved wrong.
