The Interview process was very smooth. There were only 2 rounds. In both the rounds. It took 2 hours to complete the process. Same day, by evening I got the confirmation call from HR that I have cleared the rounds and she asked me to my documents to release welcome call. The next day, I have shared my details and by evening I got the offer which I accepted.

They will prefer only experienced people from Operations Role for area Bussiness manager job, Salary will be good for Oyo employees,First a screening test will conducted in phone call later face to face
Interview had a lot of situation based questions. The questions were basically framed to check my ability to handle a dynamic situation. The interview went on for about 45minutes.

Overall Interview Process was quite Good, It was an average interview.
Turn around time was a bit long and confusing.
Issued offer letter after so long and assigning of particular territory of work was also disclosed very late.
