Interview process is completly outdated. Hired a New HR's and asked questions which do not have the connection to the current role. Once the interview was done i was asked to wait for 2nd round. The biggest mistake the HR did was they gave me back my resume where in it was written "Not a Good Fit" and then they asked me to go the 2nd Manager Round. I just want to let the HR Know that i had mastered the documentation reading. You just told the candidate that your not going to be selected but still attend the 2nd round. You really need to be smart enough. 2nd round was done by the male and he was so careless he was not sure what he was asking. He said HR will call you on Sunday. (Suggestion for the Manager: Please tell if selected HR will call you on Sunday). Interview in Dubai should be way more advanced and not to stand on the line and take 5 hours to reject the candidate.
