Interview scheduled by third party consultant to directly meet reporting manager for face 2 face interview at Oyo's corporate office, gurgaon. I have reached at 4:30 pm, half an hour earlier and waited at reception for 2.5 hours. Office working conditions are very poor, certainly creates an negative outlook in the mind. At one desk, 10 or more people are working, very small compounds, ceilings are broken. Then at 7:00 pm, I had to call the consultant enquiring the status, then she told me to leave the place as interview was cancelled but later she called me again and asked me to meet different person for interview at the another floor of the building. Then I met that person. He greeted me with very low tone. He initially looked not interested in taking any kind of interview and it looked just an formality. He took me to a small meeting room, full of dark with very dim light. He started questioning some hr questions and then came to technical ones. He was writing question on desk and told me to write answer on desk. It was very uncomfortable for me to understand what is happening? I have started giving answers but he took his phone and started conversation on phone. More than two times, he left me in the room alone for long time. I wanted to leave that interview in mid and go outside. I have got blank at some point and it was the worst interview of my life. Before i could give any response to a his questions, he started throwing multiple questions. I have worked for several Mnc's but never ever seen such kind of behaviour from any of the interviewer. They tries to make candidate comfortable first but here things are very different.
