Interview was of 3rounds. Hiring manager, his reporting manager, hr discussion. Overall exp was good. But only the thing you can't have stability as the organisation is not process oriented.

The rounds were short and to the point. Got an offer at the end.

Es un proceso de 3-4 entrevistas, comienzas con RRHH, seguido del Gerente Local y continuas con algunos líderes del equipo central de India. Suelen mover las agendas con frecuencia, pero sí te suelen avisar si continuas o no en el proceso.
