Easy, but they wanted proof of background and success. The international team was consistently late to meetings (1 hr in some cases). I’m unsure if this was on the recruiter or the OYO team.

HR based in India, very messy process. Put me off working for the company, if even the initial stages feels like an after thought, then it's a clear sign of what is to follow.
