Entrevista
I have approached through consultancy. Usually they prefer face to face round but due to my location they manage to take skype and telephonic round of interview. My outlook from interview is very bad. I carry good amount of experience and interviews were asked from 1-3 years of guy who doesn't qualify to take interview.
First round-
The interviewer asked me questions from database. Though my job profile from past 6 years is different he keeps asking me question from database(which i give some benefit of doubt as u might need to work on db side as well but no question has been asked from my core competency).
Second round-
It is said to be DS and Algo round. This guy seems so naive to me. He first of all started interview like "since u cleared first round you must be good. I said, "I dont know, he doesn't ask question from what I do so not sure." He then said he is going to ask me two questions (which i'll mention below in a while) in whole interview process, this guy was not qualified to be an interviewer. For even one interview he said, just answer what is asked :-|. he was looking for answer what has in his mind. He tried to be over smart by predicting what i m going to say :). At last he said here is your interview feedback(which i never asked), where he mentioned you are good at this average at this etc.
Usually a feedback should be shared in more formal ways than this.
Some how they found me a candidate for third round (which is yet to happen) but based on outlook of interview, it clearly shows there is no formal process in the company. I didn't know the company before but as far as from interview, I get very negative outlook.
I am not going to join for sure.

in first round -
1.design database table that can store comments like facebook. but there could be hierarchy of replies possible. design table to store them and query them in a way that each complete set of comments with their reply can be resulted.
2.Design ranking system, like in oyo room, there could be different ranking systems like user feedback and audit feedback etc. you should allow user to query all of them or few of them. the query should be generic enough.
In second round-
1. calculate a to the power of n (interviewer was under impression that in order to do that u have to multiply a n times :D). optimize it to logn.
2. in an array every number present in pairs except one. find out one number which is not present in pair. (u can't sort or use extra space). (again this funny interviewer wanted to use bit-wise operator xOr to solve this which he was rigid. )

The first two interviews were based on DSA and basic Java, third was the design round where I was asked about HLD, LLD and multithreading. Also I was asked the practical use case difference bw Kafka and RaabitMQ.

It was a Google Meet round. pathetic Experience and Interviewer was dumb. Even i have to explain a simple thing multiple times. He was not able to speak english properly and also before understanding my questions he was answering the question.
