Submit online application, schedule an in person interview. You are greeted when you arrive and have an interview with one of the directors. Shortly after the interview I was offered a job.

Why are you interested in working at a summer camp?
Easy interview. They will hire basically any college student looking for a summer job. Everyone at Oak Crest is very friendly and easy to get allow with. You should have no trouble with the interview.
