First, I had a phone call. After the phone call, I was scheduled for a 30 min interview. Phone call was very relaxed and gauging interest. Interview had simple questions. No typing test.

The interviewer was talent acquisition for the Oak Street Health system. It was the first round of interviews, after which the second round was with actual medical staff. The interviewer was relatively friendly, and was primarily concerned with whether or not the job can fit into my schedule.
