Entrevista
The first interview is via phone and they ask about why you want to work for Oak Street Health, whether the address is commutable, your understanding of the role, and your typing speed. The second interview was with the practice manager and another scribe. It was more thorough, and they discussed challenges scribes encounter. Essentially you have to be flexible to going to different offices, flexible for lunch breaks as they are not consistent and vary depending on clinic flow, be a multitasker/organized.

Online interview process, waiting to see how long the whole process will take... have not heard back yet. Did not like the online interview process. A week long process at elast.
It started of with a phone call with a recruiter. If that went well, they extended a virtual interview invite. This involved a call with two people, one is someone in charge of scribes and the other is the manager.

What would you do if you disagreed with the provider
The recruiter screening involved questions about background, eligibility, and location preference. The call lasted about 15 minutes, followed by a 30-minute interview session with a hiring manager. The interview session had some behavioral questions and a why this position.
