Had a first round HR interview. It was a pretty typical behavioral interview. A good amount of focus on 'Why finance?', 'Why Oak Tree?'. Sounds like the job entailed internal p&l creation and consolidation for different departments. Nothing too unexpected if you've had behavioral interviews but make sure to brush up on the company and financial services industry if you're not plugged in already.
